In 2019 Dàimh began work on an exciting new recording project. The ambitious plan was (and still is) to check into different studios around the world as we passed by on tour, record a new piece of music and film a video on location. The resulting videos were then to be released on our own Single Tracks channel with an album of the same name to be released once there was sufficient material.
The project got off to a flying start and saw the band recording in such exotic locations as Biggar, Washington and Glenfinnan until the Covid-19 situation and the resulting travel restrictions and tour cancellations saw us Stopped in our Tracks.
We would like to present the 3 tracks that we managed to record to date as a special E.P. to serve as message that we are not off the road, we have simply pulled into a layby in order to let something pass.
