PIRATES OF THE HEBRIDEAN SCOTTISH TOUR 2016
We had a pretty amazing time on our Scottish tour in June & July. Starting off with some island hopping we played the Isle of Skye, South Uist and one of the very few people (let alone bands) that managed the mythical journey from Lochboisdale to Mallaig for a home-coming of sorts in Glenuig Hall where we launched our first album Moidart to Mabou 16 years ago!
We played a few new venues to us, all the way from a gig on a boat to Scottish Island 24 for the band…which was the Isle of Gigha! We finished with our first visit to the brilliant Stonehaven Folk Festival which was recorded for BBC Scotland’s Travelling Folk. (available for wee while still on BBC iPlayer)
